Gratico

Gratico is a platform that directly connects Front Line Heroes with the local communities. Gratico enables communities to express Gratitude and celebrate the achievements of our First Responders and bring them to the limelight that they truly deserve. It is also a space for the First Responders to share their wisdom and experience thus building strong and healthy communities.
Gratico also enables users to connect and collaborate with their neighbouring communities.

Our First responders who go beyond and above risking their lives and helping communities are nothing short of heroes. A distinguished super hero avatar is assigned to each of the front line hero categories honouring their achievements. The badges signify their super power (field of work).
The app categorises users as
- General User
- Healthcare Professional (Front line Hero)
- Fire and Rescue (Front Line Hero)
- Law enforcement (Front Line Hero)
- Business User.
If you are -
General User : Speak your heart out and express your gratitude to the first responders that helped you personally or for the community. You can tag the hero and share your experiences through short videos, images or gifs. If you are unsure of the name of the hero, you can send your generic Grats to the categories specifically designed based on the super hero group and their geographical location. This will send your Grats to all the heroes under that category.
You can check the trending heroes and their achievements in the Trending section of the app.
The PAT WHEEL is a friendly user interaction tool to check the profiles of front line heroes and can provide an option to Grat them.
The home screen feed also provides you with the list of articles posted by front line heroes and also the offers posted by business users.
The community section of the app helps you to connect and collaborate with the communities of your interest.
You can check the profile of the other users and opt to follow them.
Front line heroes : You can avail all the features of the app that a regular user can and in addition enable to post an article. Do you have a tip that can help avoid bushfires or want to tell us how to deal with stress, uncertainty and myths in the times of Pandemic? This app provides a better reach to the communities to make your voice heard and help change it for the better. It acts like a bridge that connects you with the communities. Also, keep an eye for exclusive offers for the front line heroes.
Business Users: A place to promote your business while giving back to the community. You can post any exclusive offers to any front line heroes or general community and express your gratitude.
