We understand if you want to build a career in the fitness industry, but that doesn't mean you'd start self-promotion.

We rise by lifting others - This is a community of the people, by the people and for the people, which means that we believe in giving more than we take. The philosophy is what has turned GreenTree from a small WhatsApp group into a large platform, and after having impacted millions of lives, we assure you that nothing good ever comes out of negativity and putting others down. At the end of the day, we're here to become a better version of ourselves and we can't be physically better without becoming mentally better.

The knowledge is free - Whether you joined the app through a friends' reference or accidentally, you'd notice that we don't advertise. We focus on educating people and we actually started as a free community. You can find a free diet plan, training plan, workouts, recipes and you can even ask your doubts to experts in Q&A all completely free of cost. The coaching services were added much later when a few people asked us to train them personally either because they were not motivated enough or wanted to take their fitness to the next level. Having said that, you can absolutely achieve tremendous results on your own using all the resources available on the app. We highly recommend that you read the “Get shredded" document completely.
