You’ll do a very quick and easy check-in each evening. Gripaly will then analyse the data you provide on the day compared with previous days, to look for what foods and drinks are helping or hindering your mental health. You’ll be provided with three suggestions from a team of qualified nutritionists, dietitians and psychologists each day, chosen specifically for your unique needs. You’ll be able to monitor your progress over time and learn what, for your unique gut microbiome, you need to help build your personal resilience from the inside.
