Matching - the app uses cutting edge algorithms, efficient and highly effective use of technology to match candidates and employers on 21 unique attributes.

Dual Mode - hiring and seeking are two modes within the app. Hiring mode allows employers to find the right candidates for their available roles. Seeking mode allows candidates to find the right employers for their desired roles. You can switch between modes using app settings.

Candidate Profile - candidates get noticed by employers by making sure their profile is 100% complete and their desired roles as accurate as possible. An introduction video works as a great icebreaker to get employers interested.

Employer Profile - employers attract great candidates by making sure their profile is 100% complete and their available roles as accurate as possible. An introduction video will help candidates to get an idea of the role and function they are hiring for.

Chat - candidates and employers can connect with each other in real time using live chat. Anybody you’ve been matched with can see your profile and send you a message to get the conversation going. Usually employers initiate the conversations.

Interviews and Job Offers - employers can send interview requests and job offers to candidates that they match with. Candidates can accept and reject job offers from employers. An offer acceptance doesn’t mean that it is final and binding. Offers can be renegotiated using chat.

Data Privacy - Gritee uses encryption technology to keep your personal information safe and secure. It adopts the guidelines from General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for transmission, storage and use of personal data.
