From beginner to experienced in mindfulness and meditation: GROUNDING includes a wide variety of easy-to-listen mindfulness audio sessions to help you relieve stress and anxiety, move beyond your past and connect back with the present.

Many of us live with stress and anxiety. Caused by stressful life, traumatic experiences or chronic illness - or even a combination of these. Our mission is to help through mindfulness and grounding:

- Beginner to expert grounding mindfulness techniques
- Reality therapy exercises to move beyond past events and worries
- Daily morning or evening routine with few minutes of meditation listening-exercises
- Relief stress and anxiety by connecting back to the present

What is grounding?

Grounding is part of what is widely known as 'mindfulness' Grounding is a method for turning attention away from negative thoughts, bad memories, or worries, and refocusing on the present moment. It helps you to connect your body and mind (back) to earth.

What does science say?

A study published in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health shows that "grounding appears to improve sleep, normalize the day–night cortisol rhythm, reduce pain, reduce stress, and speed wound healing".

Your daily routine

This app includes many short audio exercises, just pick one to listen to for the day. Try to choose a fixed time in the morning or evening to do a daily exercise, we will help you to set a reminder. You don't need experience, anyone can get started right away.

Ways GROUNDING helps

- Stress relief: Stress is a major problem in today's society. The pressure of everyday life is a heavy burden on our health and quality of life.
