Bring your music and choreography right into the app so you can learn where you are. Start with a full release or configure your favorite mix of tracks from previous releases. Then take the app with you to teach. Group Fitness X supports integration with Apple Watch so you can control the playback in your class directly from your watch.

Group Fitness X understands the structure and format of various Les Mills programs such as BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, and BODYATTACK. It offers a robust search experience to find just the right track for your needs. Do you need a shoulder track for BODYPUMP without high pulls? No problem. Need to substitute a hip opener track in BODYBALANCE but you need it to be between 5 and 6 minutes? We've got you. Building that perfect playlist for the Halloween season? Grab a playlist from the community or feel free to search for songs and artists that strike the right chord.

All music and choreography should be purchased and supplied by the user and should only be obtained by registered instructors through sanctioned channels.
