Details include:
• information relevant to the school trip (times and locations, list of attendees, etc.)
• emergency contact numbers for all attendees
• medical and/or dietary information for all attendees
• an attached risk assessment
So even if you are on a trip with no data connection, you still have access to all the critical information needed.
Free to download, part of the GroupED platform (this app is to be used by school staff whose school is using GroupED to manage meals and activities).
