Kokoro is the one word in Japanese that combines heart-body-mind and soul because our company combines the methods of hypnotherapy, life coaching, and mental practice (or visualization).

Unlike other hypnotherapists, Kokoro Hypnotherapy provides a powerful pathway to not only remove and eliminate negative patterns of thinking, but an ongoing support system to help you focus on what you DO want instead of repeating old patterns creating a life you don’t want.

The first step of our journey begins with allowing us to support you to create a personal practice of meditation with our free meditation tracker. Supporting you to create an independent habit of meditation is the foundation of your transformation to take care of yourself and to put yourself first in the long line of people that you take care of.

The second step of the journey is connecting in our community. Our app has a free area for Community conversations, as well as a LIVE weekly support group called POP Support, which stands for a Path of Providence (or Purpose). Our Community support Zoom call focuses on changing ourselves and lifting others through a three step process of
1. Sharing our Victories / Wins for the week
2. Vulnerably sharing a challenge we faced and how it helped us grow stronger
3. Deciding and sharing our next action step that will move us forward on our path
These conversations are so powerful to help us each recognize and increase our awareness as we move forward on our path!
