We all, at some point, experience bad service or put up with sub-standard products. Our complaints generally fall on deaf ears and we are left feeling exasperated and frustrated. We have nobody to contact and nobody to share our experiences with. On the flip side, if we experience good service or are presented with fabulous products, we generally put that aside because, again, we have nobody to contact or share it with.

GRUMPY solves that problem.

Your experiences are shared and responses are in real time, on your cell phone. Fellow Grumpers can read and respond to your grumps. Registered establishments will be able to respond to your grumps and offer a resolution to the problem immediately. They will also be able to thank you for any positive grumps.
Not all establishments will decide to register with us. That’s unfortunate for them. All grumps posted about unregistered establishments will be visible on the GRUMPY APP front page.

Registered establishments will have the privilege of having all their grumps sent directly to their cell phones without those grumps being displayed on the GRUMPY APP front page and will be able to respond immediately. However, a grace period will be afforded to them to respond and resolve the issue. It they do not respond within the grace period the grump will be displayed on the GRUMPY APP front page.

So, go ahead and download GRUMPY and grump away.
