PanicButton sends an SMS to your predefined friends or family in case of an emergency.

PanicButton sends an SMS to your predefined friends or family in case of an emergency.
This SMS contains a text that says you have an emergency, and a link to show your current location.
You just start the application and arm it with one click.
When the application is armed it will update your current location every 10 seconds.
When armed you will have a big red button to press if you need to.
Then an SMS will be generated with your predefined text and your location, ready to send.
There are many reasons for installing this app:
- You have unwanted guests in your house.
- Your children are home alone.
- Your children are out playing or on their way to school.
- You may get into trouble at sea or on a trip.
- You get lost.
- You get into trouble on your way home from town at night.
You can also run the application in test mode.
In test mode the PanicButton sends a test message to a chosen contact or yourself.
