In our athletics program, we target the development of all aspects of a players’ game using our turf and training rooms; i.e. strength, explosiveness, conditioning, agility, balance, core strength, mobility, endurance, coordination, and of course, athleticism. For our hockey players, GSC Athletics has a hockey specific training room to focus on skills such as shooting, passing, and stick handling and give our hockey players the edge to compete at the next level. Our hockey staff compromises of current and former hockey players that played at the highest levels, allowing them to share their experience and knowledge with our young athletes.
