Check-in approvals: Security is a major concern in our daily lives and it doesn't need to be very complicated. Importantly, It should be the least of your worries if done right. With Guardo visitor management system, any type of visitor (deliveries, guests, cabs, professionals or helpers) will be logged by the security guard with their details, photo and Id proof and then seeks for direct approval from the resident through Guardo app to allow or deny. This prevents unauthorised entry into the building and every visitor entry IN and OUT of your building will be logged into the system.
IVR service: Our software is friendly to folks who don’t use smartphones or ones with flaky internet, so we contact via an automated IVR call system to let you allow / deny your visitors seamlessly with a key press on your phone.
Pre and auto approvals: Expecting a visitor or a delivery, then this is for you. Create a pre-approval beforehand for up to 30 days in advance and be sure their entry into your building can be as seamless as it can be. One step forward, you may create auto-approvals indefinitely for those companies you expect regular deliveries. We know, these features will be loved by your visitors and your security guard.
Helpdesk: Residents can report issues, track and follow-up via two-way communication with building management from the app. With our HelpDesk, never lose sight of any updates to your issues and you will be notified of every update.
Noticeboard: Who really checks these physical noticeboards stuck on a wall these days? Yep you are right, barely no one. So we created a digital NoticeBoard, with a tap of a few buttons every resident gets notified of important updates in the gated community. These notices go into the resident app and can be accessed while you are on the go.
Payments: Whether its monthly dues or once off payments, we know how hard it can be for management and residents to organise their finances. Our payment system allows managers to set up their invoices with just a few clicks and have them sent to the residents app in just a matter of a few minutes. From the creation of dues to receiving payments, generating payment reminders to finding defaulted members are very well crafted into our app and are so easy to understand and pay online. And importantly, our payment system is friendly to those who don’t use online and allows traditional cash payments as well.
Poll: At the end of the day, it’s a community and every opinion must be respected before making any decision that affects it. With our Poll system, managers can run it past the community to collect feedback anonymously and make informed and collective decisions.
Discussions: Start or participate in discussions with your residents exclusively or with your building management to discuss anything about your community.
Domestic help: Maid, cook and handyman etc. play a very important role in our today’s lives and our resident app provides access to vetted domestic helpers so you can effortlessly find your next domestic helper and be assured you get the same service as your neighbours.
I don’t live there: If your flat is an investment or you simply don’t live there should not make you excluded from important updates to your flat or to your building. With Guardo app, you are still part of the community and you can check if the maintenance dues are paid on time, access notices, participate in polls, raise issues and give your 2 cents where needed.
Adding family: We are one big community of people who live or work in a building, you can bring your family members onboard and make them part of the Guardo community to manage their visitors, community and avail the benefits of the app that offers.
Multiple flats: Owning more flats from the same building or another that Guardo software is used, then it’s so seamless and easy to add your flats all in one place and manage.
