Guiding Paths

Guiding Paths is a convenient service app for family, guardians, friends and individuals who have been diagnosed with an Intellectual Disabilities and need support or that extra helping hand. Guiding Paths is privately owned and operated by professionals who have years of experience working with individuals who have a primary diagnosis of an Intellectually Disability or other mental or physical disabilities including their limitations.

We accept Medicaid Waiver and private funding and offer 24 hour around the clock care, onsite and offsite security, premium healthy and fresh meal selections, nice community facilities, biweekly excursions, awards incentives, one on one support and mentoring. We also offer transportation to doctor, dental and vision appointments and daily support to clients to enhance their independence and community living skill. We believe in the highest level of quality and comprehensive services to all our clients and put their needs first.

Guiding Paths Services are

Guiding Paths also have several transitional homes that offer room rentals for clients who wish to live outside of the group home setting but still need some daily support from staff. For those who can, our staff will provide offsite daily support to those who want and is eligible to have more independence.
