We offer triage advice for your pet, so you know if you need to book a vet visit or not; if so when you need to be seen, what you can expect and what you should bring with you.

This is how you do it

Download the app, sign in with your registered details, your pets will be automatically ready in the app, ask a question about one of your pets and get a vet video response sent to your app in a matter of minutes. Quick and easy!


You can ask our vets about anything that you are concerned about in regards to your pets health* e.g.

- Vomiting and diarrhoea

- Itching, skin and coat problems

- Eye and ear issues
