Workouts:
Workouts is where you log each rep you perform during your workout, for a given exercise. Adding logs is quick and simple, perfect while resting in-between sets. You’ll find the workout detail page easy to read, with the information clearly displayed.
Exercises:
The app comes preloaded with 100+ exercises, common within a typical gym. Each exercises are categorized by muscle group (i.e. back, chest, legs) and by category (i.e. dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells). You can edit these and you can also add new exercises. The exercise details page shows you fun statistics (your all time max and all time low) for that exercise, as well as the list of all past logs.
Summary:
Get a weekly, monthly and yearly overview of your workouts.
You are in possession of your data, everything is stored on your device. There are no ads and the app is completely free!
