The app contains high-quality exercise videos and fast access to educational treatment information that can be accessed anywhere, anytime to help comprehension and compliance with home rehabilitation. The exercise videos aim to motivate you to complete your prescribed programme with confidence.
Information included in this app is intended to be used in conjunction with treatment from a suitably qualified therapist or health professional and must be used under guidance.
