Just like our physical health, positive mental well being requires knowledge and active effort. This is why we have created Happy Highlights.

Our aim is to help you:
Track how you are feeling
Better understand what makes you happy
Use music and other happy things to maintain positive mental health

We have designed a suite of rich features in collaboration with experts, including an hourly Mood Meter, Diary (where you reflect on your day) and Moodalytics (an intuitive dashboard summary of your data over 7 or 30 days). No matter how you are feeling, we have something that can help.

Music is at the heart of our app - we believe it can play an important role in facilitating mental wellbeing by almost instantly changing our mood state! Whether you want to feel uplifted or calm, we have a song recommendation for you!

Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Download
Step 2: Set-up your Profile
Step 3: Add some songs that make you happy (#HappyTracks)
Step 4: You’re ready to go - track how you are feeling, what makes you happy and use music to give you an instant boost!

To play music recommendations you require access to Spotify and/or YouTube. No sign-in required via Happy Highlights.

Remember, we all have our ups and downs when it comes to how we are feeling. So don’t worry if you are having a few down days or even a couple of weeks. We will help you spot patterns and identify what contributes towards your positive mental wellbeing. You can use this information to build on-going strategies that work for you! But if these feelings do continue for longer or you feel in distress, please reach out to someone. It can help to talk to a loved one, or a professional (e.g. a doctor) if you feel you need it.
