The HappyOrNot for Venues application enables selected sports venues to receive alerts from their HappyOrNot terminals when preset feedback thresholds have been reached. The alerts can be tracked, acknowledged, and discussed within the application.
Use of this application requires an active account to the HappyOrNot Real Time Alerts application, including HappyOrNot feedback collection terminals that are configured in real-time mode. The terminals and locations need to be structured and enabled for application alerts in the HappyOrNot service. It is also highly recommended to have a HappyOrNot Reporting Service account to view more detailed results.
