The 2017 Harrisburg Gallery Walk is the 29th annual Gallery Walk sponsored by the Art Association of Harrisburg.

This year's event has 25 participating venues.

The Gallery Walk app for iPhone has been updated to make the app easier and more enjoyable to use throughout the walk.

For example, on the Galleries screen you can now view all art venues, art venues that have not been visited, or art venues that have been visited. And, when viewing all art venues, the app color codes the art venues you have visited.

Another example, is the Gallery Walk app has been updated to recognize changes made to the Dynamic Type setting. So, if the setting is changed to increase the size of fonts throughout the iOS operating system, the Gallery Walk app will dynamically increase the size of text in the app to match the new setting. A similar dynamic reaction will occur If the Dynamic Type setting is changed to decrease the size of fonts throughout the iOS operating system, the Gallery app will dynamically decrease the size of the text in the app to match the new setting.

In addition to continued support for Facebook and Twitter social networks that enable sharing of art venue information with family and friends, this year's app adds support for the front facing camera, Messages and Mail.
