With personal memorabilia, spectacular large exhibits and exciting media installations, we relate the recent history of the Free State of Bavaria in all its diversity. The main focus is on the people of Bavaria. Legendary exhibits as well as hitherto unknown ones are used to present their stories on a large scale. Eight Culture Cabinets also take a closer look at select Bavarian cultural phenomena.
