The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is an intergovernmental body working for stability, prosperity and democracy across its 57 participating States. The OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) is one of Europe’s principal human rights bodies and works to support states in implementing their human dimension commitments, and supported the creation of this app, which includes commitments made by states in the human dimension of security.
