Health Measurements enables users to track symptoms such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, etc. using the Patient Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS). The PROMIS measurement system is a set of person-centered measures that evaluates and monitors physical, social, and emotional health in adults and children. It can be used with the general population and with individuals living with chronic conditions.
