The Health Metrics PHC apps allows primary health care field workers using eCase to manage their Appointments for the day. It is a replacement for using the full web based application when the field workers are on the move. Key features of the include the ability to view/start/reject appointments, see client information, leave management, time and attendance, distance travelled, claim expenses/consumables, a message board to effectively communicate with the organisation, write progress notes, log incidents and upload documents/photos. The app provides geo special support and gives visibility of field workers to the Head Office staff. Any roster changes made by the Head Office are instantly available on the app for users to see.
