This app provides the following features for HealthFirst members:

• Find doctors and facilities in your network, so you’re sure they accept your insurance. Using in-network providers guarantees you the deepest discounts available.

• See a summary of what you’ve spent year-to-date.

• View details of medical claims from the past 12 months. You can see all records of family members under age 18; to see records of members 18 and over, you must receive their permission. Claims can be filtered by family member for easier viewing.

• Questions about what’s covered or how much money you owe? Send a secure message to our support team and receive an answer within one business day, right on your device.

• Control who in your family has access to view your medical records. Request access to the records of adult family members.

• You must be a HealthFirst member, or the covered spouse or child of a member, to create a username and password and view your account information. No one can log in to your account without your username and password.
