Start by taking our 10-Day Baseline | Assessment, which discovers how your nervous system is functioning, how you experience day-to-day stresses and recovery, and your personalized health behaviour focus areas. We’ll provide you (and your participating practitioners as applicable) with science-based and prioritized recommendations that will guide you to adjust the health routines that develop resilience in your nervous system. As you implement the new health routines, you’ll become aware of what balances or triggers your nervous system, and the impact on your emotions, mood and well-being. From time to time, you’ll complete reassessments to re-prioritize health routines and have the option of working with a certified health coach to design an action plan to achieve your goals. The data we collect takes advantage of the most advanced wearable technology available when it comes to objectively measuring your health and well-being. We use high-fidelity sensor-based biometric data to support you and your participating practitioners in uncovering the deeper, underlying issues that are preventing you from experiencing optimal well-being.
The primary biometric focus is on the autonomic nervous system (ANS). The ANS is the physiological system that controls our well-being, and indicates if we are experiencing a healthy and happy life, or if we are at risk of serious disease. The biometric indicating the ANS is commonly referenced as an “all-cause mortality indicator.” By itself, the ANS biometric isn’t overly informative - we need context. Accordingly, the intention of our holistic assessment is to identify the well-being areas that we believe will most positively impact your ANS, and therefore your overall health and well-being. With the ANS biometric data, we can then objectively measure improvement and indicate to you and your health team the progress you’re making.
