Let's follow the food recommended by Dr. Greg in the New York Times bestseller "How to Not Die" and now in his new book "How to Not Eat".
Based on the 21 adjustment function without eating and drinking, a weight tracker is also provided. The weight tracker can use HealthKit to save manually entered weight values, or read weight data from HealthKit-enabled weight scales.
It details the healthiest foods and how many servings you should try to check each day. He explained his theoretical basis in the book "How to Not Die".
