You are able to track your goals with your Health coach and monitor progress in real-time. You can monitor your weight, hbA1c, BMI, steps, meals and much more.

Connected to your Health coach
Your mobile app is connected to your Health coach, which allows you to consent them to view your activity and goal progress.

Chats
If opted, you will be able to chat in real-time with your Health coach using the app.

Appointment summary -
No need to maintain piles of appointment papers. View appointment summary & next steps from your consultation & check your test results immediately as they are out - yes, right from the app.

Connected to your Health Coach:
Your mobile app is connected to your Health Coach, which allows you to consent them to view your activity and goal progress.
