Heart 2 Heart is not an outreach program - YOU are the program!


When we embrace God’s heart for people who do not know Him, we express this through prayer and by seeking opportunities for heart-to-heart conversations with the people we know and care about.


The most effective way to see others coming into the Kingdom of God is through one-on-one or heart-to-heart conversations with the people connected to our lives. The Lord has strategically placed people in our lives so that we might help them along on a journey toward finding faith in Jesus.
An important part of see others coming to faith is praying for them. While the Holy Spirit can and does prompt us to pray, sometimes in the business and pressures of life we can let this slip.


The Heart to Heart App prompts us to pray for the people He has impressed upon our heart. It also serves to remind us to look for opportunities to share with them, invite to a faith based event or to receive Christ.


In the App you enter your list of family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, school friends, one at a time, that you will focus on for the next 12 months or so. To concentrate on 2 or 3 people is recommended. The app has room for more, but you may wish to use this to prompt you to pray for other specific needs.


Remember prayer is only the first step, also look for opportunities to share your faith and your testimony.
