The Helix Fi application, available to all subscribers to Videotron’s Helix Internet service, will change the way you interact with your Wi-Fi. Take control by configuring your Wi-Fi quickly and easily. You can therefore spend more time enjoying your entertainment and connected lifestyle.

Thanks to the Helix Fi app, you can:
• Know which devices are connected to your network, personalize their names and manage Internet access schedules for each of them.
• Display and change your Wi-Fi network’s name and password.
• Enable parental controls to manage your children’s online times and the content they can access.
• Manage your network remotely.
• Create profiles for every family member.
• Receive and apply suggestions and solutions to optimize your Wi-Fi experience.
• Manage some advanced network settings to personalize your home network.

Requirements:
• Internet subscription and a Videotron Helix Fi Gateway.
• Helix username and password to securely access the app.
