Hello! User

The app allows HoReCa customers to scan a QR tag at their location (table, seabed, room, …) and open, on their mobile, a number of request images (ask for order, water, …)

When the app user presses such an image/ button the request is received by the assigned assistant and shows on the assistant's mobile.

The assistant can confirm the request on his phone so that the user/ customer is notified about it (a special icon shows). When the request is completed he again can press the same button. This completes the request, removing all in-process icons from the user phone.

For the app to work a hello! server must be running at the HoReCa premise. The app will work only within the server wifi. If no server is found or if the server/ app IPs are not the same the app will direct to the horeca21.com web site.

A lot of performance data (times, preferences, …) are collected in the background.
