Visitor Management :
The Visitor Management System tracks or records the visitant details on the cloud database to maintain and monitor records of all the people or visitors who visited the premises in a well-organized manner. This enables businesses to gain better control and authority over visitors’ movements or actions on their premises which helps them to manage visitors effectively. This module provides a QR based access control system and attendance management system as well.
Digital ID card & Visiting card :
The digital ID & visiting card is a module that digitises the employee ID and visiting cards. The cards are available in a flip animation based UI and added features like SOS , brochure information , QR based contact sharing are also available.
Seat booking & space mangement :
The seat booking module helps the employees of an organisation in prior seat booking before visiting their office premises.
This module basically helps in space management including meeting room booking and management.
Facilities Management :
The Facilities management module helps with the tools and services that support the functionality, safety, and sustainability of buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and real estate.
The application is designed to cater to various business settings, including commercial properties with multiple offices, single offices, or residential complexes. Its primary objective is to facilitate smooth entry and exit processes for visitors while meticulously recording the check-in and check-out times of employees, along with numerous other day-to-day functionalities. So to answer your question it is not restricted to users who are part of a single company, However if the client has a single office in that case the app will be restricted for users of that particular office only.
The app is designed for client use only. The client can be commercial properties with multiple offices, single offices, or residential complexes. As per the client and his requirement the app will be available to use catering to the clients user base.
In case of be commercial properties with multiple offices – Users can be from different offices linked to the commercial property
In case of single office – The app will be restricted for users of that particular office only.
In case of residential complexes – The app will be restricted for users of that particular residential complex.
If a company has not been a client before, it can certainly initiate the process of becoming one by reaching out to Zentech Info Solutions as we have all the rights reserved for the application.
There are no features in the app to be used for general public. It is only for clients.
Once the client is onboarded by Zentech info solutions , login credentials will be provided to the client further the client can add more users by registering them on the app and providing them login credentials.
There is no paid content in the app. The users will not be charged for opening an account or using any features in the app.
