HelloDr App is a wellness monitoring app offering a measurement of vital signs including heart rate, respiration rate, oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate variability (HRV) and mental stress, simply by looking at your mobile device’s front-facing camera. No additional wearable devices or sensors are needed. In challenging conditions, including complete darkness and enhanced moving, HelloDr App allows users to measure vital signs by placing a finger on the back camera of the mobile device.
In a matter of seconds, HelloDr App starts extracting and displaying vital signs. Open the app and look into the mobile device’s front-facing camera for up to 70 seconds. The app supports any gender, age, and skin color. For more details on how to achieve optimal measurements, please look at How To Use in the application guidelines.

You will need login credentials in order to use the application. Moreover, an internet connection is required in order to log in to the app and access measurement histories and trends.

HelloDr App is NOT a medical or diagnostic product. Measurements performed by this application are intended for informational purposes only, and are aimed at promoting general wellness. In order to undergo any treatment or diagnosis, you should primarily consult with a medical professional.

HelloDR is using advanced algorithms, combined with a unique mix of signal processing and AI technologies, allow the measurement of a person’s vital signs by analyzing a video taken of the upper cheek region of a person’s face, using rPPG and PPG methodologies. No video of the eyes or any identifiable features is used.

Data Privacy

In order to extract vital-sign measurements, HelloDr App uses only a video of a small patch of skin on the upper cheek region of a person’s face. No video of the eyes or any other identifiable feature is recorded. For trends and history, the app saves measurement results only. Users can delete their measurement history from the app at any time.
