Have you ever had to rush your loved one to the hospital or a new Dr
Helping Care
What is it about?
Have you ever had to rush your loved one to the hospital or a new Dr. and been asked what medications they are taking? When was that last surgery? You cannot always list that from memory under stress. Let alone remember when they stopped taking that certain drug. While you’re at that appointment that runs long, and you remember the dog needs to be fed, this will give you easy access to that information without having to try to remember that neighbor friend.
