顧客がA/Sセンターを直接訪問しなくても、遠隔で簡単かつ迅速にモバイル遠隔支援サービスを受けることができます。
【使用方法】
1. App Storeで「ヘルプユー遠隔サポート」を検索してインストールおよび実行します。
2. 相談員から案内された 6 桁のリモート認証パスワードを入力します。
3. 相談員が顧客のiPhone/iPad端末に接続し、遠隔サポートを開始します。
4. 遠隔サポート完了後に終了します。
