Hero Loop Mobile

You are the local town’s lone hero. Beset with the task of keeping the citizens safe by patrolling roads (path tiles) in the surrounding area. As you kill monsters they will drop loot which consists of equipment or tiles. Fans of the genre will recognize the mechanics and enjoy this mobile experience. Each game begins with the hero following a path in an empty landscape. Monsters spawn along the path which, when encountered, the hero fights and eliminates. As the hero dispatches enemies, the player receives Equipment and Tiles. Tiles allow the player to place various terrain features around the hero's path, such as camp-fires, shrines, caves, and buildings. Each terrain feature results in a different effect such as restoring health to the player at the end of every loop or spawning enemies.


The player can equip items to increase the hero's attack, defense, health regeneration, and other attributes. Resources are saved in the player's inventory to be used at a later stage.


The game takes place on a path, with the player working to upgrade the hero's equipment and strategically placing terrain elements in an effort to survive increasingly difficult enemies. If the hero survives enough loops, a boss spawns. Bosses drop rare to legendary equipment. If the player is defeated while fighting enemies, the run ends and players must start a new run from scratch.
