HERO (HeroApp.PH) is a mobile platform that connects customers who wish to book home services directly with skilled workers without going through middlemen or agencies. Initial home services include house repairs, painting, or installation work by a general handyman, electrician and appliance repair, housekeeping services like cleaning and ironing, tutoring, and nanny/childcare services, rendered by graduates of TESDA or similar equivalent training centers.
We proudly call the service providers Heroes because their mission is to help customers at home through their skills and at the same time earn a decent and honest living as home service freelancers.
Services are priced on a per hour basis for housekeeping, tutoring, and childcare services, while handyman, electrician, and appliance repair services are based on quotations. The pricing in both cases are provided by the Heroes, who determine the value of their services based on their training and experience.
Features of the app include:
- Real-time booking of services: Schedule a job as early as two hours prior or book it for a future date;
- An open-market environment that allows you to book services based on your budget and other set of preferences;
- A messaging function so you can get in touch with your Hero within the app;
- A rating and review function for customer feedback
