Help recruiters in their internal recruitment process. Track the list of expectations that each recruiter has, then analyze all the responses received from each candidate and give them feedback based on their experience.

For each question, you will be able to view a video answer from each candidate. For each answer, you will be able to give a rating and a review. The recruiter will consider each review you have given and will choose the ideal candidate based on them.
