As an extension of the Hartford HealthCare system, patients are assigned a virtual primary care provider along with a dedicated concierge team to help them navigate care.
Patients receive same-day acute and primary care, whether you need help with minor illnesses like colds and flus to ongoing chronic condition management for diabetes, asthma, and more.
Our providers are available Mondays thru Fridays from 8am-8pm EST and Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-5pm EST.
