The Hi-Care Help System app is an easy-to-use app for people that need care and at the same time want to live their lives with maximum independence and safety. Using the Hi-Care app also helps them to cut their healthcare costs.

Ordering a meal, turning on the lights, opening doors, listening to a sermon and checking who is ringing your doorbell has never been easier. And if you need help, simply push the button to alarm family, friends or professional caregivers. They know exactly where to find you, as your location is shown in the alarm message. The benefits of the Hi-Care app work two ways: they give both you and those who care about you the peace of mind you all desire.

The Hi-Care main screen features merely four buttons:
- Alarm button:
send an alarm message to relatives, friends or caregivers by pushing the button just once, simultaneously using the Google maps location service
- Home button:
order services such as meals, control your home’s lighting, doors, curtains et cetera
- Radio button:
listen to your favorite music, church sermons, news bulletins, talk shows
- Video button:
check who is in front of your door through direct integration with an H264 video camera
