HIIT Station’s Challenge app is designed to assist our 8-Week Challenger’s on their fitness journey with us. This app is only accessible to those completing an 8-week HIIT Station Challenge.
HIIT Station Challenge App Features:
· Nutritional information including a detailed nutritional eBook and video tutorial on how to macro
· HIIT Work - 8 weeks’ worth of written daily workouts accompanied with video explanations for our challengers to complete
· Stretching videos to assist with recovery
· Detailed recipe eBooks to aid challengers with meal creations when tracking macros
· A tracking app - This is a feature which allows the challengers to track certain things during their challenge eg. weight progression, running time, scale weight and measurements.
· Additional video tutorials walking our challengers through how to interpret their Inbody Scan and how to put on wraps for our Muay Thai classes
· Motivational videos to give our challengers the extra push when they need it
· Challenge Rules to ensure everyone stays on track
