Why I Made This:

Every HIIT app I tried had a 30-minute-long onboarding process where you enter your life's story only to be hit with a subscription fee at the end of it all. There's nothing more annoying than sitting in the gym trying to find an app that works, going through a whole questionnaire, and then being hit with a paywall before you can even see your workout. Even after all the questioning and fees, the workouts were always the same cookie-cutter sets. So I built this app out of pure frustration.
