· Set the muscle training time and rest time and the timer will start with the start button.
· The set exercise time and rest time are alternately repeated.
· You can see at a glance the percentage of remaining time by looking at the animation of the circle frame.
· When the remaining time reaches 3 seconds, counting by sound begins.
· The start and end sounds can be distinguished.
· We will inform you by vibrating at start and end.
· With the lock button, the screen gets dark and only the sound of the count flows, so you can save power.

· You can set and save the timer yourself.
· You can edit the timer name and the exercise name in it yourself.
· The number of seconds for exercise can be set from 5 to 999 seconds.
· There are three types of timers, "Single", "Interval", "List", you can choose your favorite style according to your preferences and preferences.
