HireLink is designed to make your job recruiting people easier and less tiresome by automating recruiting needs and responses to candidates. By working with the JobLink app, connects you as the recruiter, to people looking for a jobs.

In the app you can submit a job for free and once a job is posted, using machine learning, any candidate that qualifies for your position will automatically apply for it, giving you job candidates in seconds rather than hours or days.

Upon receiving a new application, the app will automate your response to the new candidate with more detailed information and connect you to them. This allows you to discuss the opportunity in greater detail and set up interviews without delay.

If, however, a candidate does not seem like a fit for the position, you may remove them at any time to help our applying algorithm get better over time.
