What is it about?
HIVE Gate is the companion module to HIVE Office, designed to address unique requirements of entrance management. HIVE Gate leverages a combination of QR code and cloud-based HIVE app features to process large volumes of visitors using their own smartphones. When visitors check into a facility with HIVE Gate, they have to provide identification information and complete a survey. Successful check-ins are issued on-device verification badges for security purposes. HIVE Gate could also be deployed on tablets at the entrances to display the entrance/date/event-specific QR codes, and provide an optional means for those without their own device to check in.
