QSI is a joint initiative of HoldenCAPITAL and the Sentinel Property Group to provide developers with access to mezzanine, equity and preferred equity investment funds competitively priced and structured to ensure a mutually successful outcome for both parties. Importantly, QSI has a balance sheet that enables it to directly invest without having to first raise the funds from investors.
