Stuck on a long line? We will wait for you. Whether you are waiting on line at a coffee shop, grocery, clothing store, or whatever; you don’t have to wait on a line at our participating locations. You can hold your spot with just a few steps:

1) Enter the store number of the participating location. It should be on a poster at the entrance to the physical line.
2) Count the number of people on line ahead of you and enter it into the app.
3) You are free to go! We will send you a notification when it is your turn. We will also give you an estimated waiting time so you can have peace of mind while you wait.
