The Holidaycom Mobile App is about smart communication between a tourist resort with people spending their holiday there. A tourist holiday resort can easily communicate through a web interface with their customers who have downloaded the Holidaycom Mobile App. The customers will be very happy to be informed through smartphone push messages about everything happening on their holiday resort.
The customers can identify which services they are interested in from their account settings to avoid unnecessary messages. Customers can also fill in their holiday period so only messages relevant to the period of their holiday will be sent. On their departure date, the App will send a message to customers requesting to fill in a survey containing questions about the holiday resort. All data from the survey will contribute to statistics, the main aim of which will be to improve services and products offered by the holiday resort to the customers.
