Homefront Warranty
What is it about?
When construction on the home is completed and the new owner is getting ready to move in, a representative of the builder goes through the home with the new owner and completes an inspection checklist of key areas within the home that need to be reviewed and confirmed they are to the customers satisfaction. Each inspection checklist is organized is such a way that it guides the home owner to the specific areas within the home that need to be looked at. As they are completing the checklist, they will need to be able to indicate whether each checklist item is complete, or needs to be looked at further, where they will need to identify and document any deficiencies. A very important aspect of documenting a deficiency is being able to provide graphic evidence using the built in camera and link the image to specific deficiency entry as well, so that they can reference that information further on in the process when the warranty administrator will be reviewing each deficiency and assigning service work to the appropriate people who need to fix it.
