The Hot Soap Studios app allows you to see room availability and book the rehearsal spaces at your leisure. Payments are pre-paid and are made through the app securely.



Further Details

- Each available room has a space capacity that must be abided by at all times, for example (2 persons, 5 persons, 8 persons).

- Clients can create a personal Username and Password to login by contacting our administrator. This allows them to access their account at any time and make bookings. Through the platform, clients can purchase hourly credit bundles through our package deals, which are interchangeable with others rooms if desired rooms are unavailable.

- Hourly packages available can be viewed through the app or on our website www.hotsoapstudios.com/services - under Rehearsal Spaces.

- Hours purchased can be used as required and do not have an expiration date.

- Clients are allotted 15 minute buffer times before and after bookings to both unload and pack their gear. Buffer times are free of charge.



Payment

The Hot Soap Studios app accepts pre-paid bookings for rehearsal spaces only.



Refunds

Refundable cancellations are only possible 4 hours prior to your booking time.



Data Privacy

Contact details must be collected to set up an account. Payment information is never stored, and is solely transacted with through a reputable fintech aggregator.
