Hotel Ezra Cornell (HEC) is an annual weekend-long educational conference, a 91-year tradition at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, put on by the students for hospitality industry leaders. Comprised of educational seminars, leisure activities and food and beverage events, the event strikes a thoughtful balance between education and entertainment.
The purpose of the conference is for SHA students to practice skills they have learned in the classroom and showcase their talents to industry professionals.
